1. Education, not advice

Surging Markets and its products (MMM, FSB, and SM3) are owned and operated by Innovative Surges LLC. Everything we publish, including signals, levels, lessons, coaching, AI answers and community posts, is for information and education only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to trade any instrument. It does not consider your goals, finances or experience. Talk to an independent licensed adviser before you make a financial decision.

2. Markets can move against you quickly

Foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, metals, indices and crypto assets are volatile. Leverage makes gains and losses larger, and with some products and brokers you can lose more than you deposit. Prices can gap, spreads can widen, and orders can fill at worse prices than expected, especially around news.

3. Signals and tools can be wrong

FSB Surge, FSB Summo, MMM levels and our other tools describe market conditions using rules. They can be late, missing or wrong. Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed or interrupted. A signal is information for you to review, not an instruction, and you decide every trade yourself.

4. Past and simulated results

Past results, back-tests, forward tests and replays do not guarantee future results. Simulated or hypothetical results have limits: they are prepared with hindsight, they do not involve real money, and they may not reflect slippage, fees, liquidity or the emotions of real trading. No account will necessarily achieve results similar to any shown.

5. Member stories are not typical

Leaderboards, match results, testimonials and member stories show individual experiences. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Many people who trade lose money.

6. Your broker, your account

Surging Markets is not a broker and never holds your money. If you connect your own broker account on the website, any order is placed in your own account, under your broker's terms, at your own risk. The Surging Markets mobile app does not connect brokers or place trades.

Summo 🔥 ↓	Bearish breakout — price broke down through a support level. Bias = SHORT.
⚔️ Surge / ⚔️ Summo	The ⚔️ prefix means the breakout REVERSED the prior trend (Change of Character). First counter-trend signal — watch for confirmation.
0.5 (gold line)	Half retracement level between the previous opposite swing and the current pivot. Acts as forward support / resistance.
HH / LH / HL / LL	Swing labels: Higher High, Lower High, Higher Low, Lower Low — read the chart structure at a glance.
Levy	Consolidation — price is coiling sideways. No directional bias yet; wait for the break.
Cappy	Single M-formation top. First sign a resistance ceiling is forming.
Tappy	Second M-top right after a Cappy. Confirms a new resistance ceiling — sellers are defending the level.
Cappy Tappy	Multi-sessional M-formations (3+ tops). Strong multi-day resistance — high-conviction short zone.
Decky	Single W-formation bottom. First sign a support floor is forming.
Floor	Second W-bottom right after a Decky. Confirms a new support floor — buyers are defending the level.
Decky Floory	Multi-sessional W-formations (3+ bottoms). Strong multi-day support — high-conviction long zone.
Cappy Tappy → Levy → Decky Floory	Multi-sessional ceiling consolidates and rolls into a new floor. Major top-to-bottom reversal setup. Mirror (Decky Floory → Levy → Cappy Tappy) is the bottom-to-top equivalent.
